Os velhos novos celulares

Alguém aqui sabe onde, em São Paulo, posso conseguir celulares velhos em grande quantidade? De preferência, via doação, ou em segundo plano, por um preço bem barato.

 

Lu comentou que na Santa ifigênia, esses celulares saem por R$ 3,00 a 4,00. Ela vai utilizá-los em um projeto de instalação, que está produzindo para o Lucas Bambozzi. O nome do projeto é Mobile Crash e se assemelha muito com essa proposta:

 

 

Porém, o resultado final não será virtual. A apresentacao live image, será algo fisico: uma máquina destruídora de celulares.

 

A máquina terá capacidade de ler o campo eletromagnético do entorno, acelerando a quantidade de celulares destruídos a medida que o número de pessoas usando celulares na sala, aumenta.

Hudson em Sp, na próxima semana

Thiago Rondon ao ler esse post encaminhou um laptop que havia ganhado ao Hudson. E, agora, fez um link interessante, convidou Hudson para contar como a MetaReciclagem mudou sua vida, no Encontro Perl Mongers que acontecerá em São Paulo, no dia 21 de julho, das 10hs às 14hs.

 

As palestras terão a duração de 5 minutos, haverá um contador / timer no dia da apresentação para todos poderem se "controlar" melhor, além de um som no final dos 5 minutos, claro que o evento é flexível, e você pode esticar a explicação conforme você acredita que seja importante, mas tente manter o tempo para que não atrapalhe o próximo.

 

Hudson que está cheio de atividades, ainda, convida para um outro evento que acontecerá na mesma data, na parte da tarde:

Estarei na Fórum Municipal de Transparência e Controle Social de São Paulo, na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de São Paulo.

Os papers de Daniel Hora

Faz algum tempo que Daniel Hora havia compartilhado um artigo que seria apresentado no RUMOS, e recentemente compartilhou sua nova produção para o FILE. Daniel falou com o MutGamb sobre os dois trabalhos.

 

Como surgiu a proposta de escrever os artigos?

Daniel - O artigo "Multimodalidades e transversalidades da arte_hackeamento" é um resumo dos

resultados obtidos na investigação realizada durante o curso de mestrado em Arte Contemporânea, que realizei na Universidade de Brasília. Foi produzido como contrapartida ao prêmio de apoio à pesquisa que recebi do programa Rumos Arte Cibernética do Itaú Cultural, na edição 2009-2011. O texto faz a síntese de uma aproximação entre cultura hacker e produção de arte, com exemplos de artistas, ativistas e coletivos.

Já o artigo "Reprogramabilidade tecnológica, cultura hacker e suas implicações para a filosofia da arte" reflete o início de minhas investigações para tese de doutorado em Arte Contemporânea, que estou desenvolvendo também na Universidade de Brasília. Uma vez feita a aproximação inicial entre hackerismo e arte, parto agora para questões no campo da filosofia da arte: de que modo a ética hacker afeta a estética da arte e vice-versa? Como a produção de uma arte hacker se agencia no contexto artístico e cultural contemporâneo? Quais os efeitos sociopolíticos desse agenciamento? Essa reflexão está pautada pelos conceitos de produção da diferença, dissenso e programabilidade das mídias.

Metareciclando em BH
