O título do post é uma das falas contidas no vídeo, que Antonio Sevilha linkou na lista:

 

 

A mudança só vai ocorrer quando tomarmos de assalto aquilo que nos é de direito. A arte de governar não é podre, podre são os caras que estão lá.

 

O dialógo na lista a cerca de políticas e oportunidades reais, começou a partir do link do Marcelo Braz, sobre como as políticas públicas tem sido planejadas no Brasil. Aliás, uma dicussão bastante importante, em tempos que coletivos "de cultura" tentam se alinhar com candidatos para tentarem perpetuar seus projetos (e dinheiro, obviamente) nas futuras gestões.
 

Jader Gama, ainda, comentou as falas de Marcio Pochmann em dois lugares (1, 2). E Cleber sobre destinações orçamentárias arbitrárias por parte do governo.

"Hoje a Metareciclagem é o meio mais seguro e consciente de reciclar o lixo eletrônico. É uma idéia nova sobre a reapropriação de tecnologia objetivando a transformação social. Esse é o paragráfo inicial da nota que Orlando linkou, sobre as atividades da prefeitura de Porto Velho - onde Cristiano Figueiró (aka Figo) costuma articular projetos. Porém, como Marcelo Braz trouxe, talvez não se trate de uma reverberação da Rede, mas uma apropriação da própria prefeitura. Hudson, que teve uma experiência nada agradável com a prefeitura de Sorocaba, comentou:

 

Pelo jeito a MetaReciclagem está virando um dos pilares de políticas públicas para juventude e/ou meio ambiente. Ficou uma questão, quantas prefeituras está utilizando o termo, será? Como levantar isto?
