Eduardo Viveiro de Castro e Alexandre Nodari fizeram um textinho que circula pela internet e pode ser visto aqui, falando sobre realidades, simulacros e simulações de manifestações, discussões, protestos e poder...

Enquanto isso... Não temos nossos próprios satélites, nossos bicofones, nossas redes livres... Estamos sob a lógica do vídeo linkado por Felipe Cabral?

 

 

Será que usar o  Copyleft - Manual de Uso, agora traduzido para o português-br e disponibilizado pelo Baixa Cultura, muda alguma coisa?

 

Contudo, esse movimento, que desempenhou um papel importante ao questionar os princípios da propriedade intelectual e na ofensiva contra a ampliação da duração e da extensão do copyright, permaneceu estreitamente ligado aos processos de autoedição da década de 1980, sem que encontrasse canais que o tornassem uma ferramenta de uso geral por parte dos autores e do público.

Luzes no caminho e o fim do túnel

Na lista metarec (e em outras redes na internet) foi comentado sobre mais um triste fato protagonizado pela, ministra da Cultura, Ana de Hollanda. Dessa vez, Ana se recusou a receber uma carta que cobra o fim de iniciativas contrárias aos direitos indígenas.

Lelex compartilhou uma obra que está concorrendo a 7ª Mostra de Cinema e Direitos Humanos da América do Sul, e tem lançamento nessa semana em comemoração a um ano do projeto Direito no Cárcere.

 

Todo jurista social deveria promover o resgate da auto-estima para o exercício da cidadania. Ninguém está livre de algum vacilo. Acredito que assim não viveríamos mais em prisões, pois uns vão prá cadeia e os demais se aprisionam em seus lares, com medo dos que estão nas prisões.

Ontem, Isaac perguntou na lista #metarec se alguém mais conhecia sobre a Campanha Pernambuco Verde - num site em flash, se apropriando "varejeiramente" do logo da Regi e da Andréa:

Liguei para eles para conhecer e tal, me disseram que não estão autorizados, pois ainda não tem um espaço comercial. Quero entender essa parceria, principalmente quando o Pernambuco Verde diz que destina corretamente 100% do material que coleta.

Talvez metarec possa aprender com Pernambuco Verde como destinar o Lixo Eletrônico de maneira 100% correta. Será que a metodologia é deles? Ou eles também copiaram de alguém$?

O que é um ser? Um ser é algo que é.

Uma cadeira é uma cadeira. Então uma cadeira é um ser?

Arrisco definir que um ser é algo que se torna algo, por si. Vou tentar explicar de outra forma, definindo antes outros conceitos: Um organismo é um sistema de órgãos, de unidades funcionais que, em interação, determinam a “vida”, o funcionamento, do sistema. Embora “vida” e “funcionamento” possam se assemelhar em alguns contextos, “vida” sugere que quem a possui tem uma disposição para algo mais aberto a certas possibilidades indeterminadas em seu desenvolvimento. “Funcionamento” já sugere algo mais objetivo, orientado a um conjunto de funções determinadas, mesmo considerando que "conjunto" pode ser tão vago quanto se queira. Poeticamente, do conceito de vida emana a idéia de mistério.

Ser, penso ser, é um atributo daquilo que comporta uma alma. O resto são objetos, embora alguns possam só existir em um ambiente criado por almas e, de certa forma, prescindir de alma para ser (talvez um ser marginal?). Então podemos ter organismos vivos analisados em contextos funcionais, tanto quanto podemos ter organismos de objetos sem alma própria. Dos organismos vivos, aqueles com alma própria, podemos dizer que eles “vem-a-ser” durante suas vidas, isto é, transformam-se em si mesmo continuamente.leia mais >>
