Para quem não se recorda, em 2010 o Mutirão da Gambiarra – codinome Mutgamb – ganhou o prêmio Mídia Livre. Me lembro bem do momento em que estávamos no irc discutindo esse edital cuja genealogia era favorável para a Rede Metareciclagem, pois o havia ganho no ano anterior.

Um dos principais benefícios de se ganhar um prêmio e conquistar o primeiro edital é justamente esse: parar de achar que é só marmelada e se animar a tentar outros, se inscrevendo ou inventando-os. Voltemos, portanto, a um dos começos possíveis, mais precisamente a 23 de março deste mesmo ano:

Aconteceu no Coque

A comunidade do Coque, no centro de Recife, sediou um projeto fomentado com recursos do CNPq entre os meses de maio e novembro de 2011. A proposta previa atividades englobando cinco oficinas (edição e gravação em software livre, confecção de hardware experimental para áudio, manipulação de vídeo em tempo real e produção de imagem digital) e quatro módulos de conteúdo (linux básico + hardware, internet+ CMS, produção em vídeo, e produção em áudio).

Para quem, eventualmente, precisar elaborar esses relatórios como esse, e também como ponto para novas reflexões Lula compartilhou o documento aqui,  e a seguir sua percepção da experiência:

As necessidades de adaptação às difíceis condições estruturais do bairro de uma forma geral, as demandas próprias da comunidade e as dificuldades com a nossa entidade parceira nos forçaram a mudar profundamente o projeto aprovado. O relatório que apresentamos à entidade financiadora narra os nossos pontos de partida, as concepções teóricas que nos animaram, nosso caminho (sobretudo nosso caminho, o processo que teve momentos muito ricos e outros nem tanto), as possibilidades para novas ações no Coque, e nossas dificuldades - nossas muitas dificuldades. Além de uma reflexão sobre isso tudo.

Máquinas e natureza em um encontro de fortes ventos e chuva no Campus Party. Vivenciando uma espécie de retiro ao revés.

Zines de Yzak

Yzak teve a ideia de realizar algo com uma coisa que gosta muito: zines.  Ele gostaria de fazer circular um zine, que abordasse a contracultura anarcopunk. Em 2004, Yzak fazia o @ctua!

Olá, estou com uma ideia de escrever um zine(de fanzine) sobre apropriação tecnológica. Sei que não tem muita novidade nisso, mas acho que o legal é que o meu foco será alguns movimentos undergrounds (anarcopunks, pequenos coletivos) que fazem do uso do computador/rede algo trivial. Queria dialogar com essa turma, trocar, compartilhar, discutir e construir. O zine sairá impresso mas também vou disponibilizar ele digital. A ideia de papel, creio que tem muito disso aqui. Se alguém tiver alguma sugestão, sugerir alguma pauta/assunto/discussão. Sinta-se a vontade ;)

Enquanto o zine em papel não sai, sugeri ao Yzak que fizesse uma edição semanal do zine para MutGamb e publicamos, aqui como post. Ele topou! Em breve, novidades...
