Desvirtualizando sonhos

Na semana passada, em meio a correria do Encontrão em Uba, fiz essa entrevista com o Hudson. Uma de suas respostas revelou um sonho: o de ter um laptop rodando software livre. O post chegou até Thiago Rondon, que havia sido premiado com um laptop e decidiu doá-lo ao Hudson.

 

Bom dia galera esse e-mail é do notebook que ganhei, já subi o Linux Mint 64 bits e configurando. Parece uma história de fantasia e boba, mas assim foi o desfecho de várias ações que sucederam pela internet, desde o dia 21 de maio. Thiago Carrapatoso (para o meu espanto) sugeriu na lista Transparência Hacker que o laptop que Thiago Rondon ganhou no prêmio Mário Covas fosse doado para mim, por causa do post. Em uma semana tive meu sonho realizado, Linux instalado, família entendeu (em partes) o que eu fazia na internet, e aqui eu relatando o final deste sonho (tem muitos outros) que a colaboração e a tecnologia me permitiu realizar.

Áudiodocumentação da Aldeia Velha

Durante a Campus Party 2012, Regis Bailux teve contato com Dave Haynes. Durante sua palestra no evento, Dave buscava parcerias com pessoas que estivessem desenvolvendo algum projeto com o SoundCloud. Regis, então, contou sua experiência, pois desde o Submidialogia no Bailux, em 2010, as ferramentas de gravação de audio estão sendo amplamente usadas para registros das memórias Pataxós, na Aldeia Velha. O processo gerou esse canal de documentação em áudio. Atualmente Regis usa o Ipod do seu filho Pedro para coletar os áudios, dos Pataxós "que são protagonistas na captura em campo dos áudios". Segundo Regis, o objetivo do processo:

 

 É uma ideia de túneis midiáticos (legado de Ricado Brazileiro, no Submidialogia) ligando o tradicional e o atual, o oral e o digital,  é também uma ideia de Aldeia Virtual: documentação para futuras gerações, como pajés de uma era. As ferramentas ganham ressonâncias bem mior para os indígenas acadêmicos, principalmente para o Angelo Pataxó. É um exercício de autonomia derivante de outros territórios nas fronteiras do real e do imaginado.

 

Célio Turino fala sobre Caravana por la Vida

Faz uns dias que recebi um crosspost, que poderia ser mais um de vários. Tratava-se da Caravana por La vida, um projeto iniciado em 24 de maio que durará até 29 de junho. Um dos articuladores do projeto é Célio Turino, idealizador dos Pontos de Cultura e ativista da cultura viva. Conversei com Célio, brevemente, enquanto ele está na estrada...

 

Escrevendo de uma praça em Tiquipaya, próxima à praia de Copacabana, às margens do lago sagrado de Titicaca, Bolívia. Enquanto escrevo os integrantes da Caravana por la Vida montam o palco para a apresentação de partida, que acontecerá daqui a pouco.

Durante esse última final de semana, aconteceu o Encontrão Metarec em Ubatuba-SP (vamos trazer relatos aqui no blog logo mais). Durante o encontro aconteceram várias inquietações e compartilhamentos. Alguns deles, trazidos à lista, outros compartilhados remotamente:

Diogo Leal compartilhou na o Open Compute Project, um projeto que possui como objetivo promover dialógos colaborativos e encontrar pessoas interessadas em desenvolver hardware de forma colaborativa.

Lucas trouxe a chamada para as oficinas do Kinoforum (em São Paulo) nas áreas de roteiro, direção, produção, fotografia, som e edição. Mais informações podem ser acessadas no site, sendo que as oficinas de roteiro ficam abertas de 10 de maio a 03 de junho, e das outras áreas de 10 de maio até 10 de junho.leia mais >>
