Encerramento do Ciclo Era Digital: Cultura de Redes

Acontece hoje no Sesc Paulista mais uma atividade do Ciclo Era Digital, projeto iniciado em agosto deste ano com o objetivo de discutir temas como filosofias de rede, opinião pública digital, culturas juvenis online, sociedade da informação e cultura das redes.

A partir das 14hs terá inicio a mesa-redonda que encerra o Ciclo: "A Cultura das redes: Tecnologia e Colaboracao", com a participação de Pedro Markun (Jornal de Debates), Felipe Fonseca (MetaReciclagem), Caio Braz (Oasis Santa Catarina), e mediação de Mariana Marchesi, do Centro de Pesquisa Atopos da ECA-USP, além da participação especial de Paulo Nassar (Aberje, Atopos, ECA) e Massimo Di Felice (Atopos, ECA).

Lançada a versão 1.1 do software Navalha

Glerm Soares lançou ontem, 10 de dezembro, a versão 1.1 do software Navalha - máquina de Riffs. Glerm desenvolve pesquisas na linha de “Artesanato de Volts”: uma busca de produção artística e poética que utiliza como matéria-prima eletrônica de baixo custo e quando possível reciclada.

O Navalha é um software desenvolvido com o intuito de tornar-se um estudo de caso em desenvolvimento rápido prototipado em Puredata de um sistema para performances musicais com interface gráfica e sistema de gerenciamento de “presets” (configurações) salvos em disco rígido. Além de sua utilidade para musicos e artistas é também um detalhado estudo de caso de desenvolvimento em puredata, podendo ser usado como estudo para implementação de outros algoritmos e idéias.
