Mutirando... Criei o nodetype "fonte", com permalink e o jscalendar na data. Criei um post pra testar. Já aparece no archive em 2004. Habilitei também community tags no nodetype, por enquanto só pra quem é site_admin. Ainda aguardo sugestões de algum nome mais inspirado do que "fonte".

O date e o calendar eu peguei o -rc, não o estável. Ainda não temos muito a perder...
