Empuxo pode ter uma definição na ciência, mas no link de Morgana trata-se de um espaço aberto a diálogos e trocas, que acontece entre os dias 19 a 27 de outubro, em Salvador.

Do Recife, Marcos Egito trouxe dois links sobre iniciativas de robótica livre (o Robô Livre e o Robótica Livre) e também o endereço de uma lista de discussão. Isaac compartilhou sua experiência em uma atividade de "formação cidadã".

Depois de uma thread sobre frango assado de aliadxs da Itália...José Joaquim Neto relatou a sua experiência com um fogão DIY:

Já cozinhei carne de sol em um fogão solar que eu fiz de papelão, o gosto fica excepcional, pois o cozimento é lento igual do fogão de lenha. Nunca medi a temperatura, aqui em Montes Claros dá pra fritar ovo no asfalto. No MetaMontes já fizemos uma oficina de fogão solar. leia mais >>

Semana da Ciência e Tecnologia em BSB

Webert participou de uma atividade da Semana Nacional de Ciência e Tecnologia, em Brasília. A semana é um projeto de abrangência nacional, sendo que em Brasília acontece o encontro das ações de todos os estados.

Nós fizemos uma proposta nova para esse ano em conjunto com a estação de Metarreciclagem de Samambaia. Fazer oficinas de construção de hardware aberto com componentes reciclados, tipo reciclar o reciclado. E isso foi um sucesso, conseguimos reutilizar/reaproveitar 90% dos componentes para montar um Arduino Severino. A proposta era fazer uma Severinada durante a feira. E fizemos duas, uma na quarta e uma hoje, sexta.

Hoje é o dia de encerramento do HiperOrgânicos, aos interessadxs em participar está rolando um canal aberto para interações e um para visualização dos dados.

 

Ainda sobre interações de ecossistemas, na lista #metarec Marcelo Braz trouxe novamente um vídeo que mostra pra onde vão as coisas quando não queremos mais. Glerm compartilhou um link sobre como outras coisas funcionam e outros sobre como satélites livres podem ser feitos.

A cultura artesanal da computação

Glerm compartilhou links que mostram a construção de um computador completo, usando chips básicos. Em um dos vídeos, o fazedor da proposta diz que aprendeu tudo na internet:

 

 

 

Glerm trouxe, também, o link de um framework desenvolvido pela Nanode , chamado Sketch Garden que sobe sketchs de Arduino por cabo de ethernet, permitindo a criação de redes sociais de trocas de sketchs.

 

Esse parece ser o verdadeiro caminho de redescoberta didática e prática do computador artesanal como era conhecido nos anos 80 (...) é importante pensar a "cultura" de como acessar este conhecimento sem ter que ter formação muito sólida de engenharia, de maneira mais curiosa.
